Orna Danjoux-Wolfe, Thornhill, ON
Orna holds a degree in Psychology (York University), a diploma in Fitness and Lifestyle Management (George Brown College) and holds certifications from CSEP as a Certified Personal Trainer and as a Medical Exercise Specialist (American Academy of Sports Professionals). She has taught at the college level as well as at elementary school levels and enjoys, more than anything, to share information that can help people lead stronger, healthier and more meaningful lives. She has worked as a presenter and has conducted health workshops in clinical settings as well as in health and fitness facilities. Currently, she has a varied clientele ranging from those in post rehab situations to those looking to improve their health and become stronger and healthier overall. Regardless of why they come to her, Orna strives to enhance clients’ lives through exercise and always challenges them to reach their fullest potential.
