Lynn Skilton-Hayes
Lynne
is the Fitness Centre Coordinator at the University
of Guelph in Ontario, Canada
and is an ACE and Can Fit Pro Personal Trainer and Group Fitness
Instructor. Lynne brings over 15 years
of experience to the fitness industry. She is a Can Fit Pro PRO Trainer, International
Fitness Presenter and VIP Bender Ball Master Trainer. She was awarded ‘ProTrainer of the Year’ in
2005. Lynne has also been seen presenting ‘fit tips’ on the morning news show
on Global TV in Vancouver.
