Meet Laurie Idema-Wood. Laurie owns and operates a Clinical Exercise Physiology/ Massage Therapy clinic in Regina, SK, Canada. After clinic hours, she enjoys teaching various fitness, barre and yoga classes. She also loves to train new fitness leaders in her community.

Laurie is a veteran in the fitness and rehabilitation industries, with decades of experience and numerous credentials. She has a special interest in orthopedics, myofascial release, exercise prescription for clinical and athletic populations, and instrument assisted soft tissue mobilization.

In her spare time, Laurie loves to stay active running, biking and strength training.
