Brenda is owner of Fitness NRG which specializes in group fitness classes and personal training in Uxbridge, Ontario.   She has been involved in the Fitness industry for over 24 years and has taken various programs and certifications which she loves to share with her clients and classes.
Brenda is certified in CFP Group Fitness, CFP Personal Training, CFP Nutrition and Wellness, Spinning and is a graduate of the Fitness Leadership Program (Seneca College) and Stott Pilates Mat/Reformer.
Brenda’s specialities include The Bender Ball Method, Core conditioning, Muscle Conditioning, Pilates and Spinning classes.
