LESLEE BENDER

Leslee Bender, 2020 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, is the epitome of active and ageless. Leslee travels the world as an international fitness trainer, focusing on functional movement for people of all ages.

Her functional techniques benefit athletes as well as everyday people who want to achieve optimal health and fitness while preventing injury. Leslee is the creator of the Bender Method of Training, Barre Above with Pilates Focus and Co-Creator of the Barre Above Training programs and she is the Creator of the Original Bender Ball.   

A graduate of the Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science, Leslee holds a BA and over 30 certifications including Fellow of Applied Functional Science, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and AFAA.

For Live In-Person Events:

  • Clothing – a jacket, layers or changes of clothes as we stop and start several times. Warm comfy clothing for any lecture components and workouts clothes for the practical components.

Cancellation Policy - Live Events

CANCELLATION POLICY - LIVE IN PERSON EVENTS

  • All cancellations must be received in writing, email, fax or letter
  • Cancellations received 15 days prior, will be refunded less a $75 administrative fee
  • Cancellations received 7 days prior will receive a credit towards a future event less a $100 administrative fee
    • If there is no other live event in your area, you will be able to join a virtual Livestream Event
  • No refunds or credits will be given for no-shows at the event
