NEED TO EDIT!!! Leslee Bender, 2020 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year, is the epitome of active and ageless. Leslee travels the world as an international fitness trainer, focusing on functional movement for people of all ages.

Her functional techniques benefit athletes as well as everyday people who want to achieve optimal health and fitness while preventing injury. Leslee is the creator of the Bender Method of training as well as co-creator of the Barre Above method, . A graduate of the Gray Institute of Applied Functional Science, Leslee holds a BA as well as multiple certifications, including Fellow of Applied Functional Science, ACSM, NASM, ACE, and AFAA.

JANICE HUTTON

NEED TO EDIT!!!! Janice Hutton has a deep and diverse background in the health, fitness, sport and coaching industries. She has experience coaching elite athletes and developing international programming used by coaches and athletes worldwide.

As a previous certification director with canfitpro, Janice collaborated with multiple industry leaders to create Canada’s premium fitness industry certifications. Working as a co-founder of the Active Recovery Management (ARM) system she has had success integrating a high-performance recovery strategy for executives and leaders to develop resilience in high risk occupations.

As a certified Life and Executive Coach, Janice thrives on sharing her passion and industry best practices with new and veteran professionals.

Blanche Hold has been in the health and wellness industry since 1988 and is the founder of The Fitness Marketing Group Inc. She has been involved in health and wellness in many different aspects – starting out as a group exercise leader herself which led to many aspects in her career: program coordinator, competitive sport aerobic judge, consultant and sourcing out innovative fitness products for the Canadian marketplace. She was instrumental in bringing customized fitness music into Canada in the 1990's and is still known by many as the Music Lady! In 2008 she was introduced to the Bender Ball and Gliding Discs and became the Exclusive Canadian Distributor.

Education has always been her passion:

She led the Alberta team of CanFitPro PRO Trainers and was the 1st recipient of the Can-Fit-Pro PRO Trainer of the Year award in 2007.
Since 2008, she has trained thousands of health and wellness professionals and has been the Canadian Administrator for the Bender Method of Training, Barre None, Tabata Bootcamp, Barre Above and Barre Above with Pilates Focus programs.
2022 saw the evolution of The Ageless Training Academy and she is excited to work with the Ageless Training Academy Team to bring this training to health and wellness professionals globally.
