This training will change the way you train yourself and your clients for functional longevity. Unlike many other programs that simply teach how to do exercises, this foundational course helps movement specialists understand why and how the body responds to our unique combination of different types of training stimulus. You will learn how to combine myofascial lengthening and release techniques with intelligent integrated movement and inspirational empowering language to enhance stability, mobility, flexibility, balance, body awareness, strength, endurance, self-esteem and confidence.
At the conclusion of this foundational training, the Ageless Movement Specialist will:
- Experience our innovative training framework firsthand to feel your body move authentically using myofascial lengthening and release techniques in combination with challenging functional integrated exercises and self empowering language
- Expand your skills and techniques as you learn an easy to implement movement training system that delivers profound results for individuals of all ages and abilities

- Learn to coach participants to truly feel their body move using inspirational empowering language that builds body awareness, self-esteem and confidence
- Understand the science and research that creates the framework of our unique training system to appreciate “the why” behind the exercise design choices we make
- Upgrade your program design strategies and skills to select exercises that train movement based on the planes of motion and the primary myofascial lines to create a body that moves with freedom and flow
